The Story
Though dark roasts often get a bad rap in the craft coffee world, we firmly believe that there’s a time and place for a solid dark roast on every coffee lover’s lineup. This conviction, coupled with our farmers needing to sell batches of lesser-known beans, compelled us to roast a high-quality dark coffee that our customers could count on. Roasting this coffee allows us to move green coffee from our producers to the consumer at a price that honors and sustains the farmers while also providing our customers with a blend that maintains the complexity of a craft coffee.
