The Story
We wanted to offer a year-round, balanced, natural process coffee that captured the lushness of the land. Using the natural process, farmers wait 20-30 days before the bean is ready which allows a complexity to develop that can be tasted with each sip. Ripe is a celebration of their hard work and commitment to their craft. Roasted to offer a well balanced natural process coffee with a juicy body while still maintaining the acidity and fruitiness, this coffee is perfect as a bright espresso, a sweeter batch brew to share with friends or a more complex, floral pour over on a slow easy morning.
